By accessing or ordering through the Chicken Lab platform (website or app), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Ordering

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to availability or location constraints.
  • Customization options displayed are subject to kitchen availability.

3. Payment

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available). Payment must be completed before order confirmation. Failed payments will result in order cancellation.

4. Food & Allergens

All menu items contain or may contain chicken and common allergens. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us before ordering. Chicken Lab is not liable for allergic reactions due to undisclosed dietary conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

All Chicken Lab branding, logos, content, and design elements are the intellectual property of Chicken Lab. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

6. Coupon Codes & Offers

  • Coupon codes are valid for the specified duration and conditions only.
  • Only one coupon code can be applied per order.
  • Coupons cannot be combined with other active offers unless stated.
  • Chicken Lab reserves the right to withdraw offers at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chicken Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the disputed order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhadrak, Odisha.
